You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. We will email you when your order is completed and ready for pick-up! Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time.
Local Delivery
We have local delivery options for the greater St. John's metro area!** For as little as $5 CAN order from the comfort of your own home and we will drop off your order right to your front step. If you spend over $100 this delivery option is FREE!!
Our driver does delivery runs once or twice a week demand dependent. It can take up to three days for you to receive your delivery depending on what time & day of the week you order it. Orders will be dropped of at the front door and marked delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address given is correct. Fiberlilly Ltd. is under no liability if any packages get stolen after delivery is complete and email is sent confirming. Delivery days are Monday - Thursday, between the hours of 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Shipping & Charges Info
All orders will be processed within 5 business days. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees. All shipping rates, customs, duties and other related taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. FiberLilly Ltd. has no control over those charges. Tax amount applied is based on ship-to address. Shipping times will vary based on customers selected shipping method, and are not the responsibility of FiberLilly Ltd.
An email will be send to update on status once order has been shipped or delivered (if using local delivery option).
Any back-ordered items will be shipped using standard shipping as soon as item(s) becomes available.
No taxes are charged on Gift Card sales. The Gift Card holder with be charged taxes when card is used as tender. Gift Cards can only be used in-store, not online.
FiberLilly Ltd. makes every effort to display items as accurately as possible, however some colours may vary on different computer monitors and devices.
You may cancel your order (on applicable items, see Return Policy) before shipment has been made. Once item is shipped, all return mail fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Any costs associated with disputed credit card charges resulting from charge-backs are the responsibility of the customer. FiberLilly Ltd. will not be held responsible for any damaged or injuries related to products purchased from our website. Any expenses, including attorney fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
