Online Orders:
Please contact us before returning items purchased online.
Customers will have one week for refund and two weeks for store credit or exchange, from date of arrival of goods, on items still in original packaging, free of odor, and in the same condition as they were received. Exceptions: All fabrics (including pre-cuts), markers, threads, patterns, books, classes, sale and discount items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds will not be given on shipping charges. Return cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once received in store, refunds will be processed with 5 – 7 business days. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
If any returned item arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and you will be notified by email.
